Our attention has been drawn to unsolicited text messages informing unnamed recipients that they are among the selected winners of a Honda Jazz or a Toyota car and P300, 000 Cash in a Neutrogena® promo.
This SMS scam gives recipients instructions to divulge personal information and transfer money ostensibly to cover shipping costs to certain persons claiming to be connected with the company in order to claim their prize.
Please be informed that Neutrogena®, a trademark carrying products that are exclusively imported and distributed by Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc., does not run any promotion of that nature, let alone send unsolicited text messages. Should you receive similar text messages, please report it to us through our hotline number (02) 822-5538 for appropriate legal action.
